Martje Waals was born in the Netherlands, in the province of Brabant.
After many years of owning a fashion store, she has developed a strong
sense of style and color. She has a particular love for vibrant colors,
portraits, and flowers, and has explored various artistic styles over
the years. She enjoys working with a variety of materials to challenge
herself creatively, often combining acrylic paint, watercolor, and oil
paint to create beautiful color variations. With accents of gold or
silver, she adds an extra dimension to her artworks. Additionally, she
loves to share her knowledge and passion for painting in her classes.
